About Nolan Drainage

Nolan Drainage was started by Jason Nolan back in 2005. Back then, it was just him, his wife Mi’í and an old crane truck which we still use today. Now we are 15-strong, with 7 utes, 3 trucks and several excavators, along with quite a bit of other equipment. We work across a broad area, from all over the Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Hawkes Bay regions. Jason is still very much involved with the day-to-day running of the business, which we believe gives our employees a sense of pride and belonging which comes with working for an owner-operator. We have an awesome team environment, and everyone’s efforts are recognised and rewarded accordingly.

We are your local experts when it comes to drainage, and we offer a wide range of water, stormwater, and wastewater services across the central North Island. In fact, we are proud to be on the construction panel for Taupo District Council as a preferred contractor for 3 waters infrastructure. We often undertake civil contracts across the region, which has enabled us to build strong relationships based on our high-quality work. Nolan Drainage are also the preferred contractor for the Whakatane District Council.

Since 2005, most of our contracts and work have purely come from word of mouth, which is a strong testament to the quality of our workmanship and procedures. Read more about our past work on our case studies page.
